Delivery Information

We use UK Mail and Royal Mail 48 for delivering all our products to our customers within the UK.

We only deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. The Channel Islands ,Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Scottish Isles will have a delivery surcharge, please contact us for quotation.  We aim to despatch your order to you as quickly as possible. You should receive your order within 3-7 working days. For goods that are on back order, we will email or phone you with your expected delivery date. Alternatively, where possible, we will offer you a like for like product that is in stock, at no additional cost to yourself. Please note that if you add special instructions to your order indicating that you would like the delivery to be left outside your property - this is at your own risk.

No quibble guarantee on returned goods

Our aim at PPE Work Wear Direct is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the service and quality of our goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please follow the instructions for returning goods which are on the bottom of our home page. We will refund the full product purchase cost only. Buyer pays return postage and must be in original packageing. The product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable condition at our full retail website price. Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product.
